Battery Cell Tester

It is apparatus for testing voltage of cells and batteries. It is a centre zero, fight weight voltmeter of low consumption having robust and compact construction, suitable for in-door and outdoor use. It is housed in steel tough bakelite case which can conveniently be held in one hand while testing. The movement is of  the moving coil type and is sufficiently damped and comes to rest quickly. Range 3: 0-3 volts or any range as required.
