PLC Trainer AUTOMATION MACHINES LAB

The training station is composed of three major parts: the training screen or panel, training table and storage cabinets. The training panel, which is made of aluminum frames, is a fixed structure composed of three sections. The bottom section is utilized as the power control panel and includes the power indicator and control unit, time management device (including power protection) unit, light and push button unit, selector switch, buzzer and relay unit, instrument unit, DC power supply unit and seven-segment LED unit. Both sides of the power control panel are mounted with two-plug outlet and an inlet terminal for external power supply is situated on the left side. Eight training modules can be placed at once on the other two sections of the training panel. The modules use standardized structure and are interchangeable. The users can choose from a list of application modules, depending on the training requirements.

The wooden training table is used to temporarily hold the modules and components to be mounted on the panel and/or to be used during experiments. Storage cabinets and drawers are used for storing tools, components and modules.
