• "SSI” Water Still Wall Type apparatus provides continuous supply of pyrogen free distilled water.

• The unit is recommended for making pyrogen free distilled water for routine laboratory requirements.

SALIENT FEATURES & CONSTRUCTION :-

Made out of Stainless Steel ( grade).

The cock fitted to the unit is brass C.P .

The portable condenser system is provided for easy cleanliness for inside portion for better efficiency & avoid choking.

The water still is fitted with special kettle element (ISI Marked)with automatic ejection device which works in the case of failure of water supply .

This apparatus is also being equipped with brackets for wall mounting plug.

Supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply .

Operation: In these type of water stills designed for wall mounting. Water feeds from the base through tap of the condenser jacket. & Water circulates automatically around the condenser tube and after that fills the boiling chamber up to a certain level.

Water level inside boiling tank is controlled by the overflow level fitted on right side of tank after attaining the required level of raw water to be distilled switch on the heaters. For efficient operation, a quantity of cooling water is required equal to approximately eight time s of the distillate output. The distillate will come from the lower portion (funnel type) of the condenser
