It is the perfect introductory microscope for beginning biology students, that offer unique features including both coarse and fine focusing and even movement of condenser up and down.
The cast metal construction is rugged, reliable and easy to use with high performance.
It is supplied in a wooden box.

Body: Monocular die-cast body inclinable upto horizontal position (90º)
Magnification: 40X ~ 600X
Stage: Plain square stage of 120 x 120 mm with two clips
Nose Piece: Triple hole nose piece with positive click stops for precise and smooth alignment of objectives.
Focusing: Separate coarse by screw-lever mechanism having a graduated knob on the right side with sensitivity 0.002
Eye Piece: Huygenian 10X & 15X
Objective: Hand anti-reflection coated, colour coded parfocal achromat 4X, 10X & 40X (SL)
Condenser: Double lens abbe condenser of N.A. 1.25 can move with rack and pinion, fitted with iris diaphragm and filter holder (for blue filter) to facilitate optimum adjustment of light
