Specification

Machine electrical trainer is based on standard electrical distributor, with full space on the cabinet, on the double sides are X62W universal milling machine and C6A140 lathe circuit. The electric cabinet can be divided into milling machine electrical circuit, lathe electrical circuit, faultssetting area, and motor unit. The teacher’s PC can set faults information through test network, to transfer to student’s machine circuit, and then students can use answering devices to answer according to the phemonema of the faults: also they can answer by the knob switches in the faults setting area for manual faults setting. The trainer, with alarmer and leakage, overcurrent, overload protections, makes training easy and safe.

The trainer can carry out checking, teaching and training on the lathe and milling machine control circuit electrical faults for students to learn and understand various faults better, and learn how to operate in order ro eliminate various faults, for example, the teaching and training on “Motor and electrical control” project.

    All motors phase loss, control circuit failure;
    Spindle motor phase loss;
    Cooling pump motor phase loss;
    M2, M3 motor phase loss, control circuit failure;
    Except light, all other controls failure;
    Turn on power supply, light will be on;
    Light does not work;
    Indicator light does not work;
    Indicator light is on, other controls failure;
    Spindle motor cannot self-lock;
    Spindle motor cannot start;
    Cutter bracket quick movement and cooling pump failure;
    Cutter bracket quick movement motor cannot start, cutter quick movement failure;

    Rounc bench feed control and quick feed failure;
